ONAHN MICHELLE® is designed to assist users, particularly older adults and individuals with chronic health conditions, with understanding the nutritional composition of their meals using image analysis. The App provides general wellness and informational support only.

Nutritional information, analysis, and suggestions are for informational and educational purposes only and should not be used to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition.

By using ONAHN MICHELLE®, you agree to:
All content, features, and functionality of ONAHN MICHELLE®, including text, graphics, logos, algorithms, and software, are the exclusive property of H&N Research Inc. The information in the application is protected by the Canadian intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal purposes only. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the App without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of the photos and other content you upload (Your own user content). Still, by uploading, you grant ONAHN MICHELLE® a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to process, analyze, and use that content for the purpose of providing the App’s services and improving our algorithms.
We do not sell or share your personal data or meal images with third parties except as described in our Privacy Policy.
ONAHN MICHELLE® adheres to Canadian privacy laws, including the Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA), and aligns with the U.S. Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) principles regarding the protection of health-related information.

We strive to keep ONAHN MICHELLE® functional and up to date, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the App will always be error-free.
We reserve the right to update, modify, or discontinue parts of the App at any time without prior notice.
We may suspend or terminate your account or access to ONAHN MICHELLE® at our discretion if you violate these Terms of Use, engage in fraudulent activity, or misuse the App. Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ONAHN MICHELLE®, its officers, employees, and partners from any claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the App or any violation of these Terms of Use.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Québec and Ontario, Canada, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in that province.
